Change of Mind

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear and intimate garments for change of mind, including:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Preference or style changes

Please ensure you carefully review sizing and product details before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We want to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. If you received your items in the following condition:

  • Arrives damaged.
  • Has a manufacturing fault or defect.
  • Is different from what you ordered.

Please send us please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will assess your claim and provide a suitable resolution.

Hygiene & Safety

To maintain hygiene standards:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original packaging intact where applicable
  • Items must not have been tried on directly against the skin and should be tried over personal garments when assessing fit
  • Items must be free from any signs of wear, including but not limited to marks, stains, odours, stretching, or damage
  • For health and safety reasons, any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
